Whether it’s a quick touch up or a more detailed, rough/ final deep clean, our cleaning specialist have the experience, tools, and processes that will leave your new build move in ready. We also provide daily general cleaning for the project. This will keep the job site clean and safe and allow the skilled trades to focus more on task at hand.
3 Types of Cleaning
Rough:
- Sweeping and prepping floor underlayment for carpet, tile, etc.
- Washing all interior windows
- Dusting surfaces
Removing debris
Touch up:
Final and most important phase of post-construction cleaning.
- clean all the fingerprints
- can wipe down surfaces
- catch any thing that was missed during the previous phases
- Make spotless to turn over to owner
Final Clean:
- Walls, including removing dust, dirt, scuff marks and smudges
- Ceilings and light fixtures/fans
- All trim, including all baseboards and door and window frames
- The faces, sides and tops of doors
- Floors, including buffing/waxing if applicable or vacuuming carpet
- Ducts, vents and baseboard heating exchanges
- Windows, including tracks and frames
- Removing all trash, plastic coverings and stickers
